6.30: NEWS. 7.30; CLOSE TO HOME. Bernie is left holding the baby. Marleen’s parents wish that she was growing up less quickly. 8.00: GLIDING ON. John brings a touch of class - and expense — to the Social Club. 8.30: THE GENTLE TOUCH. A beautiful woman seems strangely unperturbed after two youths assault her and steal her handbag in a West End store.
6.30: THE DUKES OF HAZZARD. Rosco has hired a bounty hunter to catch the Duke Boys, but changes his mind. (Concluding a two-part story). 7.30: LOVE, SIDNEY. Sidney orchestrates a tense but precious reconciliation between Laurie and her parents. 8.00: FIGHTER PILOT. The one remaining student learns how to drop bombs, fire guns and missiles, and he faces the realisation that one day he may be carrying a nuclear warhead. (Final). 8.30: FALCON CREST. Angie prepares to travel to Rome for a wine contest, leaving Lance in charge of the estate.
9.30: THE STANLEY BAXTER SERIES. Comedian Stanley Baxter gives his impression of the "God Slot,” Ethel Merman and a movie from the Deep South. 10.00: MINDER. When Arthur innocently changes a $lOO bill for Big Stan he finds himself in deep trouble with international criminals and the law. (Repeat). 10.55: NEWS, CLOSEDOWN.
