The trio of'Doctors Bellamy. Buckman and Pyke will make their final appearance on One in “Don’t Just Sit There" on Saturday. Next week. however. Magnus Pyke will be back in a new’ series of “Don’t Ask Me." Dr Pyke will head a team of experts, among them Robert Buckman and Cherrie Bramwell, and the host will again be Austin Mitchell. "Don't Ask Me” sets out to demonstrate the answers to a host of viewers "how" and “why” questions.’ everyday questions so often taken for granted, in a factual and entertaining way. Austin Mitchell, wellknown for his various documentary and current affairs programmes and now M.P. for Grimsby, England, will again play the "Common Man.” ■ Though highly qualified, he freely admits he does not have a scientific mind. Says the producer, Duncan Dallas: “Austin is there to see that the experts don’t get too technical. He is as uninformed as the rest of us. and just as keen to find out the answers in simple terms.”
