NORTH CANTERBURY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD - REDUCTION IN DOMESTIC ELECTRICITY CHARGES PURSUANT to Regulation 23 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. lhe-North Canterbury Electric Power Board hereby gives public notice of its intention to alter its charges for supplying electricity ■ to Domestic Consumers. .
