He will hold official discussions on a range of economic issues of mutual concern, including the opportunities for Dutch investment in and transfer of technology to New Zealand. The visit was welcomed by the Ministery of Foreign Affairs, Mr Cooper, who said that there were good opportunities for more expansion of bilateral trade. The visit would contribute towards the realisation of these opportunities, and towards the strengthening of the economic and political ties between the two countries, he said.
