PA Wellington • Details of a $lO6 million s loan the Government arranged from a Middle East- . ern source earlier this month were kept secret at the lender's request, said the Prime Minister, Mr Muldoon, yesterday. Mr Muldoon told Parliament why the details had been withheld when the issue ; was raised by the Social Credit leader. Mr Beetham. Mr . Beetham had asked why the source, the interest rate, ’the term; and other relevant conditions had been , kept secret.
