Churchill’s paintings
Paintings by Britain’s wartime Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, are being snapped up by foreigners because his compatriots are not interested. Wylma Wayne said that her London art gallery had sold several to Austrjffians, three to the United States, one to Mexico and another to Jamaica. “I can't understand it. Everyone seems to be interested except the British,” she said. — London.
