Pairs title to Sumner
The Sumner team of Peter Kerr and Adrian Crosbie has won the Canterbury indoor bowls champion-of-champion pairs, from Bevan Matthews and Stephen Ditford (St Mary's). The score was 13-6.
Kerr took an early lead in the final, and was untroubled to hold control throughout. A feature of the tourney was the consistently high standard set by both leads, Adrian Crosbie (12). and Stephen Ditford (17). Results:— <-:.y -s: Eight Mats—R. McCutcheon
