Banning order
Sir,—When the bullet and the bomb rule in South Africa, when the bodies of the innocent dead are stacked shoulder-high in rubble-filled cities, I will remind Susan Howat of her pompous intellectualising (August 7). And the price for “freedom in sport” in New Zealand was the moral support given to white South Africans. And those who paid are the millions suffering under apartheid. — Yours, etc., GRAEME YARDLEY.
