Lawyer’s suspension lifted
PA- Wanganui The Law Society has announced that it has lifted an interim suspension on a Wanganui barrister and solicitor, Mr S. F. G. _ Hay, who is facing charges, of professional misconduct. The decision followed a hearing by the society’s disciplinary committee on Friday. - ' The Wanganui District Law Society has,laid charges of professional misconduct against Mr Hay, which will be heard by the disciplinary committee in Wellington on September 22.
He can how continue in practice, pending the outcome of that hearing.
