Profit for Bahrain coolstore
PA Wellington New Zealand's ' Bahrain coolstore had a working profit in the first half of this year after two years of poor performance, the Government said yesterday. Beset by problems since it opened in October, 1979, the Bahrain-New Zealand ColdStorage and Warehousing Company recorded losses in its first two years. A Government' - statement said however, that the company had increased the volume of cargo it handled, and was looking for more business.
A spokesman for the Minister of Overseas Trade (Mr Cooper) said that there were no figures immediately available on the company's profit.
