‘Gliding On’ returns
The inmates of “Gliding On,” Jim, Beryl, John, Hugh Boss. Wally and Raewyn, will return to the small screen on One at 8 o’clock tonight. “Gliding On” is set in the stores branch of any government department. It is based on Roger Hall’s own experience and observations in six years “off-and-on” in the public service. Hall pinpoints the little things that make office life what it is. People recognise and identify with the setting and see themselves so clearly in the situations that they laugh to cover the embarrassment of having been observed, says TVNZ.
