George and Nellie Stanley-Boden, who were married in Manchester, England, in August, 1922, celebrated their dianiond wedding anniversary with family and friends recently. They came to New Zealand in 1924, and settled in Christchurch. Mr Stanley-Boden worked for the Christchurch Transport Board for 33 years. After a year’s retirement he joined Skellerup Industries finally retiring in 1965. The couple has two sons, Godfry and Eric.
