Dam decision from Wgtn

PA. Hamilton The chairman of the Clyde high dam Planning Tribunal, Judge Treadwell, yesterday said that the tribunal’s finding on the Clyde dam water right hearing would be re : leased from Wellington.

The tribunal reconvened on Monday in Hamilton to reconsider objections to the water right sought by .the Minister of Energy (Mr Birch). It was charged by the High Court to take into account the end use of power generated from the dam. . The hearing ended on Wednesday when the tribunal announced its intention to stay together until yesterday to consider its decision.
