You could easily Have knocked me over with any one of the two hundred, carefully dried, Victorian four-leaf clovers that were sent in the other day for auction next Wednesday. What an unusual entry; nice, nevertheless. They are said to be lucky. What a happy portent for our Race Week Antique Auction. Now. tantalisingly, I cannot stop singing: “rm looking over a four-leaf clover that I overlooked before.” Alas, the rest of the words elude me. Help me out please; “somebody I adore.” — R.G.B.
