The Chairman of Stewards is responsible to the Chief Executive for the control and monitoring of all meetings involving Ascot and Belmont racecourses and numerous country tracks all of which come under the control of the W.A.T.C. Great importance is placed on a complete knowledge of the rules of racing coupled with the ability to administer all aspects of a race meeting.
