Applicants should have proven ability to communicate effectively and to work both independently and as leader of a small team. A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage. VACANCY 2: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. Technical Institute Executive and Clerical Scale (EC 5/6). The appointee will work under the direction of the Executive Officer and act as deputy as required. The Administrative Officer will need to have the skills and experience to run a small office, and to be adaptable and resourceful. An appropriate background in some aspect of adult education and relevant qualifications would be an advantage. Duties will include: general assistance to the executive officer; the preparation of financial accounts and general reports, editing and producing publications, and organising meetings and conferences. VACANCY 3: CLERK TYPISTTechnical Institute Executive Clerical Scale (EC 2/3). The appointee will be required to provide clerical, typing, reception and basic book-keeping, services for the Council as required by the Administrative Officer.
