Tekapo land auction
More than- 20 residential sections near Lake Tekapo will be offered for sale by auction late next month. The B.sha block of land was bought by the Mackenzie County Council from the Lands and Survey Department last year. The council decided to develop the block itself and employed a firm of engineer- • ing consultants, Fourgere, J Milward and Findlay, to subdivide it. Each section overlooks the. lake. Buyers will have building rights. The auction will be held by Fourways Real Estate, Ltd.
