. The Christchurch Women’s Bowling Centre faces a busy season next summer. . Not only will it.be the host centre for the women’s Dominion tournament, but plans are also in train to mark the fiftieth jubilee of the centre. ■ • A number of special sponsored tournaments are planned and there will also be a jubilee function late in the season. These activities were outlined at the recent annual meeting of the centre, where the decision was taken to

Mrs J. Blay; secretary, Mrs V. Williams; N.Z.W.B.A. councillor. Mrs E. Warren; match convener, Mrs M. Howie; match committee, Mesdames D. Marshall. J. Crawford, W. Evans and R. Hobbs; publicity officers. Mrs Howie, i (results) and Mrs Lightfoot ■ f (social).
