Paparua pushed hard in shooting
Members of the Paparua masters team imagined that the lighting on the Richmond range was playing tricks with their sighting when they received a surprisingly strong challenge from the home team in the latest round of the Christchurch Smallbore Rifle Association's competitions. Paparua triumphed by only two points after a hard tussle.’ The top scorer of the week. Ron Andrew (R.S.A ). became the first to achieve three possibles in inter-club matches this season.
