Local Government Act (No. 3) 1977; the Malvern County Council, at a meeting held on 11th June. 1982. resolved by way of Special Order to make a By-law to be known as the Downs Road Water Supply By-law 1982 No. 1. The object and purport of the proposed By-law is to repeal the scale of charges as set out in the Water Supply Bylaw 1979. No. 1 (Downs Road Supply Amendment) and substitute therefore a new scale.of charges as follows: (a) The annual charge for each hectare or part thereof shall be 54.46 ' (b) The charge lor each dwelling connected to the supply shall be S5O per annum.
