PA Oamaru A Christchurch shooter. Mrs J. McKenzie (Richmond W.M.C.) won the master grade and South • Island championship at the South Island Smallbore Rifle Championships fired at Oamaru at the week-end. She scored an aggregate 399.14 and also took the women's title. A previous winner. R. Hobbs (Municipal. Timaru) was runnerup with a score of 398.12. The A grade went to a local shooter. D. Wallace (Eveline) who scored 392.16. while R. Tubb (Arundel) won the B grade scoring 390.11. G. Mulvena (Kurow) took the C grade title with 192.5 and N. Nehoff (West Taireri) the D grade with 190.1.
