Board elections
The chairman of the Canterbury Education Board, Mr D. L. Waghorn, has been challenged for his seat on the board. Nominations for the board closed yesterday . and . the election will be held in July. For the Northern-Central No. 1 ward which Mr Waghorn represents, Mr K. J. Boulton has also been nominated.
