An attempt to tempt
NZPA Brisbane Queensland’s Minister of Tourism, Mr Tony Elliott, will ask the American film actress, Bo Derek, to make her next film in that stale, instead of in New Zealand. Bo Derek, and her director husband, John Derek, plan a film based on the story of Adam and Eve. Mr Elliot thinks that the abundance of apples arid snakes in Queensland could lure the couple there. , The Dereks expressed 'interest in making the film in New Zealand, but they may face problems finding a snake. Snakes are a prohibited import in New Zealand.
