J All entries were fed into a computer, which ranked the riames. and the entries which qiost closely matched the list Won prizes. ' First prize went to Mrs friary Petersen, of Tauranga. > Mrs Petersen, a clerical
worker, said she was thrilled but not certain about what she would do with the prize, a three-bedroomed house valued at $40,000. Mrs Petersen said she had always been interested in quizzes and competitions but the best thing she had won before was a watch. Of those nominated, she said. "I think they are all people who have maintained a long period of respect from New Zealanders. I tried to work it out on how they relate to New Zealanders in general." The second-prize winner was Mrs E. Scofield, of Remuera. who will receive a Datsun Bluebird car valued at $15,000. Third prize, a trip for two to Disneyland, went to Mrs Audrey Beckett of Island Bay, Wellington.
