OPERATIONS CONTROLLER • Food and Liquor Industry • • Package Around $35,000 Plus Car • We have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an executive for a senior appointment with a major New Zealand hotel chain. Whilst a sound background in the liquor industry would be desirable we will consider candidates with experience in the food chain-store field, perhaps with a marketing bias. Specifically, the Operations Controller will be expected to have a working knowledge of the demanding operations area. We are seeking a person who can ensure the economic and effective control of all our clients' trading outlets. The appointee would become part of a senior management team comprising the Operations Controller, Financial Controller and General Manager. Excellent promotional opportunities exist within the organisation and it should be emphasised that the successful candidate will be directly involved in establishing and implementing policies devised by this team. In summary, this opportunity represents an excellent opening in a stable and secure organisation which can offer on-going challenges for any executive taking up this appointment. Authority and a large degree of autonomy is given in order to enable the Operations Controller to achieve predetermined goals. Consequently the position demands a high level achiever with the capacity to progress within the industry. We invite confidential applications from suitably qualified candidates by telephoning 68-437 collect or, if you prefer, by writing to Wareham Associates (N.Z.) Limited, P.O. Box 2078, Christchurch. fel UUAREH Am
