News to be at 5.50
PA Wellington Changes in the viewing time of two TV2 news programmes have been announced by the director-gen-eral of Television New Zealand (Mr Charles Martin). JHe said that from July 19 the “Eye Witness”, programme would be moved back 30 minutes to 9.30 p.m. and “News at Six” would screen at 5.50 p.m. Mr Martin said the changes were being made primarily to improve complementarity on the two networks. Jazz singer Appearing on “World Watch” (TVI, 6.45 p.m? Sunday) will be the famous American jazz singer, Lena Horne.
