L’Eggs show it all
NZPA Washington Lorraine Moller was fifth in a L'Eggs all-female 10km road race in New York. Norwegian, Grete Waitz won the race in 31min 50s.
Moller's time was 33min 50s. Allison Roe was to have run in a 20km race in Wheeling, West Virginia,. but decided not to because of an achilles tendon strain.
