Zhao in Japan
China’s Prime Minister (Mr Zhao Ziyang) has arrived for a six-day official visit to Japan to cement relations between the two countries, established 10 years ago. After a welcoming ceremony at the State guest house in Tokyo, Mr Zhao will immediately. hold the first of a scheduled two rounds of talks with the Japanese Prime Minister (Mr Zenko Suzuki). Expected key topics ; of discussion are China's relations with the Soviet Union ■ and the United States and its ' economic co-operation with Japan. — Tokyo.
