N.Z. cricketers to visit Aust. twice

The New Zealand cricket team will make two visits to Australia next season. It will arrive there on December 7 for a four-match familiarisation tour, and will return to New Zealand on December 22. On this first visit, there are two first-class matches, two one-day games, and it is not a tour which is likely to do much for the New Zea-

landers. But it may help in the publicity build-up before the major tour later. After this first foray, the team will return to New Zealand — and New Zealand pitches — for about a fortnight. They will to back to Australia on January 6, and on January 9 will begin the Benson and Hedges World Series Cup limited-over matches, a triangular contest
