Explosives in police car
PA Napier A man. aged 22, will appear in the District Court at Napier today charged with attempting to damage property by fire or explosives. An arrest was made after inquiries into the placing of a device on. the filler pipe of an almost new police car inside the entrance to the Napier police station. The device was removed by an explosives expert.
