Cowan Award
PA Wellington David McGill, of the "Evening Post." Wellington, has won the Cowan Award for journalism for 1981. The annual award, which carries a cash prize, is administered through the New Zealand Journalists' Union. Mr McGill won the award with a series of "Cityscapes” articles looking at military installations round Wellington.
