N.Z. netball success
NZPA Staff Correspondent Sydney New Zealand’s under-21 netball team continued its winning way with a 64-15 win over North West Tasmania under-21 at Devonport on Saturday. The team manager, Mrs Monica Leggat, said from Devonport yesterday that the
New Zealand girls had maintained over-all control throughout the game despite a stronger, more aggressive opposition than encountered in their first game against South Tasmania at Hobart on Thursday. From Tasmania the New Zealand team moves on to Melbourne for a series of games this week.
