NZPA Sydney The New Zealand under-21 netball team scored a convincing win in the first game of its Australian tour, beating South Tasmania under-21 by 64-17 at Hobart on Thursday evening. The team manager, Ms Monica Leggat, said the New Zealand girls capitalised on their height advantage from the outset and went on to an early lead. The goal attack, Rita Fatialofa (Auckland) picked up much of the loose ball around the goal third and her well directed passes gave the goal shoot. Jan Pickering (Canterbury), many scoring chances.
