Quick Bread

YOu will need: 2% cups of flour 1 cup water 1 tablespoon golden syrup Vzoz yeast l’/4 teaspoons salt What to do: 1. Boil the water and let cool, until lukew’arm. 2. Add yeast to half the water and mix well. 3. Dissolve syrup in rest of the water. 4. Combine liquids, add tc flour and salt. 5. Turn out on to lightly floured board and knead well. 6. Leave in warm place

until the dough has doubled in size. 7. Knead again and put into greased tin. 8. Let rise again and when. almost double the size, bake: in oven at 200 deg. C. for 10 ; minutes. Turn heat down to 190 deg. and cook for about an hour.
