Man shot in robbery attempt
PA Hastings j An attendant was shot in an attempted robbery at a Hastings service station last evening. . The police said that the man was shot in the shoulder by a .22 firearm. He was reported in a satisfactory condition last evening. An unknown number of persons attempted to rob the service station and the man, tending it on his own, was shot in a straggle, the police sgid. .The would-be robbers fled after the shooting without taking anything.
