The notice sets out the terms of reference under which, the Commission will be conducting the study and the procedures to be followed. Parties to this and other inquiries being undertaken by the Commission should also have regard to the Industries Development Commission’s Notice No. 1982/1 published in the New Zealand Gazette of March 18, 1982, in which the Minister of Trade and Industry advised the Commission of the guidelines which should be taken into account by the Commission In considering recommendations relating to the deferral of products from CER.
