Advertisement Another shoe store closes down Gloucester Arcade Shoe City known to most people as John Craig Shoes, are closing down in the Gloucester Arcade. John started the shop in 1972 and is now closing down 10 years later. All the stock has to go as the shop will not be a shoe shop. All the stock has been marked with a colour spot denoting the closing down price or has been clearly marked with the closing down price on a card near the shoes. New stocks of Marler leather shoes and the ever poplar Saddlemaster shoes have arrived before they could be cancelled and have been marked down to a closing down price.
