South African policies
Sir,—lt is all so ironic to hear the programmed bleating of HART, against the Republic of South Africa issuing identity passes to citizens of neighbouring Slates wishing to work within South Africa's borders when one can read the other side of the story. From the "Sowetan. ” January 13 1 quote: “Ciskei, which became independent on December 4 is to establish seven control points on its borders, said the local police chief. General Charles Sebe. brother of the President. Chief Lennox Sebe. The Foreign Minister. Mr Ray Mali, said travel documents would be required at these posts on the border between the Ciskei and South Africa." Why cannot our public wake up and realise they are being used by Minto and cohorts? Perhaps if your readers would subscribe also to our forthcoming newsletter we could neutralise such agents provocateurs, and also slop people making fools of themselves—Yours. etc..
