HAMILTON, DOYLESTON, to discharge 1 cubic metre of domestic septic tank effluent per day to ground water at property LeestonChristchurch Road via a boulder hole. 4411 CHRISTCHURCH DEVELOPMENT LTD, (in receivership), WOODEND, to discharge up to 105 cubic metres per day of stormwater from a proposed subdivision road at the rate of up to 12 litres per second, into a tributary of Taranaki Stream upstream of Chinnerys Road. Purpose: better utilisation and development of land for rural residential purposes. 4412 J. N. WILDING, LEITHFIELD, to take 68 cubic metres of water per day, 9 days per month at the rate of 3.8 litres per second from a spring on property Mays Road for spray irrigation purposes. ■ SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during office hours. Any body or person may at itny time within 28 days of this notice lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an pbjection to any application. ,5?. Every objection .shall be on the ground that the grant of the application would prejudice the objector’s interests or the interests of the public generally and shall be made in writing setting out the grounds on wnlch the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof.
