CO-OWNERSHIP LAND DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD NOTICE OF MEETING OF SCHEME CREDITORS NOTICE Is hereby given that by an order of the Supreme Court of Queensland a meeting of the Scheme Creditors of the company (as defined in the scheme of arrangement) hereinafter referred to but generally being persons who have between 1965 and 1974 entered into contracts with the company for nominated lots in a proposed subdivision of land at South Stradbroke Island, Queensland, will be held at the Conference Room, Canegrowers Building, 190 Edward Street, Brisbane, on Tuesday, 23rd March, 1982 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, a scheme of arrangement between the company and its Scheme Creditors as defined in the scheme providing (inter alia) that the claims of the Scheme Creditors be compromised (as provided in the scheme).
