Finding romance
Judi Dench and Michael Williams star in London Weekend’s new comedy series “A Fine Romance.” The series, which also features Susan Penhaligon and Richard Warwick, is written by Bob Larbey, whose credits with partner John Esmonde, include “Please Sir" and “The Good Life." The 13 30-minute episodes
will begin on One on February 22. Laura is a translator. 37 years old and single. Her trendy young sister Helen and her husband Phil are anxious to marry her off. After introducing her to several eligible men without success, they finally resort to presentingg her to Mike, a landscape gardener, at a party. Laura and Mike take it from there.
