A suitable Industrial Relations Officer is required for secondment to the firm of Project Managers. The duties will include undertaking pre-negotiation research for a site agreement, liason with contractors at pre and post-tender stages as well as on the job, and providing advice, assistance and advocacy services to the Construction Manager on industrial matters. A brief period of initial training in Australia is also envisaged.
