CHRISTCHURCH. The closing dates for pre-enrolment applications are:— Students attending a University for the first time — January 25. All others (i.e. Advancing, Transferring students etc.) — January 5. All students who send pre-enrolment forms by the due date will receive instructions on how to complete enrolment. Students who fail to pre-enrol will be required to pay a penalty fine of $4O at enrolment.
