Election chart
“The Press” will provide a special four-page lift-out, Election Guide ’Bl, on Friday. This will include a chart across the two middle pages with details of the candidates for the 92 electorates, comparative figures for the last election, and space to enter progress and final figures as they are announced on radio and television.
The lift-out will have the 1981 election pendulum, an explanation of how it works, and a discussion of the marginal seats. “The Press” yesterday received a number of inquiries as to whether it would be running its chart. Readers can be assured that the chart will be there as it has been for previous elections.
