Attractions at Orari
The Geraldine Trotting Club will feature several innovations at its annual meeting to be held at Orari next Saturday. The stake for the Orari Challenge Stakes, for three-year-old pacers, has been increased from $3OOO to $7OOO and it is expected to attract a top field. The race has been sponsored by several local breeders. The South Canterbury Vintage Car Club is arranging a display of vintage motor-cars and motor-cycles and there will be amusements for children.
