Youths beat, rob women
PA Wellington Two elderly Lower Hutt women were beaten and robbed in their home yesterday. Two youths who escaped from the Rangipo Prison farm near Turangi on Monday entered the women’s home, assaulted them, and took money, said Detective Senior-Sergeant Paul Hickell last evening. The women were slightly injured. The youths will appear in court today.
