Public Notices CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BYLAW No. 118 (1981) PARKS AND RESERVES PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, at an Ordinary Meeting held In the Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch 1, on Monday, the 16th day of November. 1981, passed the following resolution: "That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 1974. the Reserves Act 1977, and of all other powers, it thereunto enabling, the Christchurch City Council * hereby makes and ordains the Christchurch City Bylaw No. 118 (1981) - Parks and Reserves.” The object or purport of the Bylaw, is to revise and consolidate in one document all existing Bylaw provisions relating to parks and reserves. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Civic Offices, situate as aforesaid, at 7.30 p.m. on Monday, the 21st day of December 1981, for confirmation by way of Special Order and that full copies of the said Bylaw are deposited at the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation. Civic Offices, and are now open to the inspection of the public, without fee, during office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. J. H. GRAY, General Manager and Town Clerk.
