INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TRAINEES
OUR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING activities are wide and varied within UEB Industries’ Packing, Building Materials and Carpet Divisions throughout New Zealand. To maintain Industrial Engineering strength and allow for internal promotion, we wish to appoint Industrial Engineering Trainees in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. Co-ordinated by Corporate Industrial Engineering, training will be provided within a range of operating branches under the guidance of experienced Industrial Engineers and supplemented by training courses. After two years, the trainee will transfer to an operating branch in an industrial engineering or related position. The trainees may be university graduates or will have at least two years’ working experience, having gained or be studying for a qualification equivalent to NZC. We are interested in people who can develop their problemsolving skills and who have ability to communicate and work with people.
