Oil for Poland
The Soviet Union will sell ■ a record 16 million tonnes of , oil and oil products to 4 Poland this year, Moscow i Radio has said. The an- ' nouncement followed pledges . by Moscow earlier this year that it would step up oil supplies to Poland to help combat shortages and increase supplies of raw materials to help the country over economic difficulties. Like Moscow’s other partners in the East European economic grouping. Comecon, Poland imports Soviet oil at prices well below world levels. — Moscow.
