‘Vital soccer exercise’
PA Auckland John Adshead and Kevin Fallon, in charge of New Zealand’s bid to reach the World Cup soccer finals, left Melbourne late last night for what they term “a vital exercise” in Kuala Lumpur. There they will watch the two China-Saudi Arabia
matches. Saudi are New Zealand’s next home opponent in the Asia-Oceania qualifying group. The two will return to Auckland with their ideas and prepare the New Zealand team for its clash with Saudi Arabia at Mt Smart Stadium on November 28.
